Australian Merino Wool Thick Cushion Socks

These Australian-made thick merino wool socks are so comfortable you might never want to take them off.

Made with high quality 18.5 to 19 micron merino wool sourced entirely from the NSW Southern Tablelands, these socks are designed for comfort, support and softness with thick padding and robust construction.

With a smooth fit and easy to put on, ideal as lounging or bed socks to keep you cosy in the coldest weather. With correctly fitted boots, they're also great for hiking or a day working in the garden.

85% local merino wool, combined with 15% nylon for strength and longevity, these socks can be machine washed on a short cold cycle and air dried naturally.

Family sock makers since 1730, Lindners are proud to carry on the family trade, making great socks using traditional techniques, knitting on their vintage Bentley Komet machines and finishing by hand, with locally sourced merino wool.

Four colours to choose from : crimson red, natural oat, blue/black and black/brown.

Three sizes:

SMALL : Ladies 5-8.5 Mens 4-6.5 Measure 21.5-24.5cm from the back of the heel to the tip of the toe

MEDIUM : Ladies 9-12 Mens 7-10.5 Measure 25-28.5cm from the back of the heel to the tip of the toe

LARGE : Mens 11-14 Measure 29-32cm from back of heel to tip of the toe

Lindner socks are knitted larger to allow for shrinkage and settling. These sizes are correct after the first wash.

CARE

To help care for your merino socks, wash separately, or in a hosiery and lingerie wash bag so they do not catch on other garments. Lindner recommend a cold machine wash on a wool/woollens cycle setting, using a mild wool detergent. Alternatively, hand wash using a gentle laundry soap.
